Held at Cooper Vineyards in California's scenic Shenandoah Valley, this annual event is a celebration of life and community. The Spaghetti Western at Cooper Vineyards was created by the Amador Cancer Research Foundation (ACRF) to raise money for research grants at the UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center. The grant (The Christine and Helen Landgraf Memorial Fund) is given to support innovative work at the forefront of cancer treatment, research and palliative care. This grant has been given yearly since 1973 and the recipients have gone on to change the course of cancer treatment and impact the lives of people throughout the world.
