The Halloween Spooktacular has become a community tradition and will feature trick-or-treating from 3-6pm at Town Center participating businesses. A costume contest for kids and dogs will begin at 5:00pm in the Steven Young Amphitheater with categories for Most Creative, Hero/Villain or Princess, Cutest, Most Scariest and Best Group.
