This will be the 18th location for the family-owned company that was founded in 1926.

One of America's most popular ice cream companies, Ben & Jerry’s (benjerry.com), known for their quirky-named flavors and non-dairy/vegan desserts made using high-quality ingredients and big chunks and swirls, is opening a scoop shop this spring at 711 Sutter Street in the Folsom Historic District. The approximately 1,000-square-foot space will include indoor seating and offer catering services.

Indulge in the exquisite aroma and rich flavor of handcrafted espresso drinks, including seasonal specialties, coffee classics (Americanos, mochas, and caramel macchiatos), and fan favorites like a honey lavender latte, at Wisegal Coffee (wisegalcoffee.com). Located at 4241 Mother Lode Drive in Shingle Springs, the women-owned business originally started as a mobile coffee cart.

EverBank (everbank.com), a nationwide specialty bank providing high-value products and services to consumer and commercial clients, plus convenient digital access 24/7, opened their second financial center on the West Coast at 1504 Eureka Road, Suite 190, in Roseville.

Newly opened Diablo's Bar Lounge & Grill (diablosbarloungeandgrill.com) serves refreshing cocktails, cold brews, top-shelf spirits, and authentic Mexican dishes with a twist (carne asada, tacos, wings, and more) at 696 Main Street in Placerville. Stop by Monday-Sunday from noon-midnight to experience their lively bar or heated patio.

Heavy Hitters (heavyhittersca.com), a 11,600-square-foot sports and recreation complex featuring five state-of-the-art indoor batting cages for both baseball and fast-pitch/slow-pitch softball and two 16-foot-wide golf simulators, plus craft brews, opened at 355 Nevada Street in Auburn. The business is available for practice sessions, team-building events, private events, and more.

Hot Sisters Yoga (hotsistersyoga.com) opened at 4067 Cavitt Stallman Road, Suite 275, in Granite Bay. The studio, which offers a variety of yoga classes in a heated space, is dedicated to fostering strength, flexibility, balance, and mental clarity in a supportive environment. 

Family-owned and operated New Brew Café (newbrewcafe2017.com), which serves high-quality coffee, exquisite avocado toast, and fresh breakfast sandwiches in cozy environs, expanded to Rocklin (4253 Rocklin Road). The business also has a drive-thru/walk-up café in North Highlands.

Glittery Slime Parlour (glitteryslimeparlour.square.site), which has an existing location in the Westfield Galleria at Roseville and allows patrons to customize their own slime by choosing the texture, color, scent, and add-ons, is expanding to Folsom’s Palladio. The business also hosts hands-on parties for kids.

Lindora (lindora.com), a new-to-market, medically supervised weight loss and wellness company that specializes in services that support weight management and metabolic health (nutrition coaching, GLP-1 drugs such as Ozempic, IV hydration, hormone replacement therapy, cold laser therapy, and other services administered by medical professionals), is opening a 1,450-square-foot space at 4380 Town Center Boulevard, Suite 120.
