Rainbow Kids Urgent Care

Newly opened Rainbow Kids Urgent Care (rainbowkidsurgentcare.com)—sited at 1014 Riley Street, Suite 5, in Folsom—serves children ages birth to 17 and accepts most major insurances (including Kaiser). In addition to always being staffed with a board-certified pediatrician, services include on-site pediatric X-rays with reduced radiation dosages, illness and injury treatment, rapid virus testing, sports physicals with EKG, and more. 

Aqua-Tots

International swim school franchise Aqua-Tots (aqua-tots.com) is opening its first area location in an approximately 7,500-square-foot retail space at 1850 Douglas Boulevard, Suite 210, in Roseville. The year-round school will feature a four-foot-deep, 90-degree indoor pool with 14 different teaching zones, plus changing rooms, showers, and a seating area where parents can watch lessons—available for children ages four months to 12—behind a floor-to-ceiling glass window.

Toastique

Toastique (toastique.com), a gourmet toast and juice bar that uses fresh, responsibly sourced, pure ingredients without any added preservatives or fillers, is opening an approximately 1,600-square-foot space at 5418 Crossings Drive, Suite 103, in Rocklin. Their unique menu includes gourmet toast creations, all-natural smoothies, cold-pressed juices, smoothie bowls, craft coffee, and grab-and-go items that range from salads and noodle bowls to wellness shots and more. The location, scheduled to open early next year, also plans to obtain a beer and wine license.

Vuori at Westfield Galleria at Roseville

Greater Sacramento’s premier shopping destination, Westfield Galleria at Roseville (westfield.com/galleriaatroseville), welcomed over 30 stores this summer with more opening this fall, including performance apparel brand Vuori (vuori.com), high-end men’s streetwear brand Nokwal (nokwal.com), and America's preeminent jewelry company David Yurman (davidyurman.com). 

The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill

Fast-casual chain The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill (thegreatgreekgrill.com), known for their contemporary take on classic cuisine—including dolmades, spanakopita, gyros, souvlaki, and baklava ice cream—is opening their third local location at 5198 Commons Drive, Suite 103, in Rocklin. 

Prestige beauty brand Madison Reed (madison-reed.com) is opening its second Hair Color Bar in the area at Folsom’s Palladio (280 Palladio Parkway, Suite 907). In addition to selling products, color services for all hair types and textures will be available. The business’ anticipated opening date is early 2025.

Folsom is now home to HIIT X Fitness (hiitxfitness.com) at 1007 East Bidwell Street, Suite 109. The high-intensity group workout offers 10-minute rolling start times, making it easy to jump into a session anytime. Combining advanced wellness technology with top-of-the-line equipment, HIIT X promises to deliver the most efficient and sweat-inducing 40-plus minutes of your day.

Late Mouse Coffee Co.

The Folsom Premium Outlets (premiumoutlets.com/outlet/folsom) is welcoming three new tenants this fall. Esmis Boutique, which specializes in women's apparel and accessories, is slated to open this month in an approximately 2,000-square-foot space at Suite 606; mobile coffee cart Late Mouse Coffee Co. (latemousecoffeeco) is also scheduled to open this month; and all-ages gaming lounge and café Late Mouse Lounge (latemouselounge) is coming soon to Suite 302A.

Yager Lodge (yagerlodge1855), a project being spearheaded by the folks behind popular Sacramento nightlife spots like The Cabin, Holy Diver, Tack Room, Goldfield Trading Post, and Ace of Spades, is under construction in an approximately 6,000-square-foot space at 727 Traders Lane in Folsom. The new bar and restaurant—named in honor of Peter Yager, who built the two-story building in Historic Folsom in the 1800s—will feature craft cocktails and food from local chef William Hartzell. It’s expected to open this winter. 

Waymaker Brewing

Expect state-of-the-art simulators, 40 self-serve craft beer taps (plus 10 self-serve wine taps), and delicious sushi at Waymaker Brewing (waymakerbrewing.com). Slated to open later this month at 10529 Fairway Drive, Suite 150, in Roseville, the family-friendly establishment will also include a lounge area with multiple TVs.
