Telefèric Barcelona (telefericbarcelona.com), a California-based restaurant group, is expanding to Roseville (1190 Roseville Parkway). Scheduled to open next summer, the tapas-style concept will allow guests to try a range of flavors in a social, vibrant setting. In addition to small bites like empanadas, patatas bravas, ahi tuna tacos, ham croquettes, and Iberian oysters, guests can also expect paellas aplenty and innovative cocktails.

Crazy for Yogurt & Ice Cream (crazyforyogurt.com), a family-owned chain that offers frozen yogurt, ice cream, shave ice, shakes, and floats—which can be customized with a variety of toppings—opened two new shops at 2351 Sunset Boulevard, Suite 155, in Rocklin and 3385 Bass Lake Road, Suite 120, in El Dorado Hills.

Posh Paws (poshpawsgroomingsalon.com), a local grooming salon where several experienced professionals deliver an array of services (Thera-Clean skin conditioning, de-shedding, facial scrubs, teeth brushing, nails, etc.)—all in an open, cage-free environment—is adding a fourth location in Roseville (970 Sunrise Boulevard, Suite 115) this fall.

J.Crew Factory (factory.jcrew.com), a brand known for its fun, classic, and colorful styles for women, men, and kids, is opening this fall at the Folsom Premium Outlets (13000 Folsom Boulevard, Suite 407). In addition to a surprise grand-opening offer when visiting the new store, customers can look forward to frequent drops of new arrivals, exclusive in-store-only events, and incredible deals on styles for every occasion.

Image Studios (imagestudios360.com), a fast-growing franchise that provides independent beauty and wellness professionals (hairstylists, barbers, estheticians, massage therapists, and more) with luxurious, high-end suites, is opening locations in both Granite Bay (5320 Douglas Boulevard) and El Dorado Hills (4697 Golden Foothills Parkway).

Terrestra (terrestra.com), which specializes in handcrafted design objects for the home, elegant gifts, and personal accessories—all with an emphasis on simple, modern forms and bold colors—relocated their Bay Area brick and mortar to 10127 Fair Oaks Boulevard.

The Grazing Goose (thegrazinggoosecatering.com) is opening a 900-square-foot space at 5410 Crossings Drive, Suite 102, in Rocklin. Formerly an online-only business, the storefront will allow customers to do pickups and also order and enjoy items like salads, sandwiches, baked goods, and charcuterie boards. The location is scheduled to open later this fall.

Folsom Ranch Veterinary Hospital & Urgent Care (folsomranchvet.com) opened at 3260 East Bidwell Street. The privately owned, state-of-the-heart hospital is committed to curating a comfortable, compassionate, stress-free experience and offers general practice, same-day urgent care, surgery, dentistry, and some specialty care.

Emeryville-based extreme-value retailer Grocery Outlet (groceryoutlet.com), which brings customers big brands at low prices, is opening a 33,500-square-foot location at 31 Fair Lane in Placerville. In addition to ample organic offerings, the store—expected to open by the end of the year—will also sell a large, high-quality selection of dairy, meat, and wine.

Greenhouse Penryn (@greenhousepenryn)—a welcoming space for the community to gather for gourmet coffee and European fusion fare amidst lush greenery and beautiful décor—is scheduled to open this month at 3129 Penryn Road. The menu includes breakfast, brunch, and lunch offerings, including a variety of benedicts avocado toasts, and house-made pastries.
