Served Monday-Friday from 3-6 p.m., expect discounts on beer, wine, and cocktails (a round of Basecamp Lemonades is a must), plus fan favorites like chips and dip, BBQ chicken gouda sliders, Cabo shrimp tacos, and more. Paul Martin’s American Grill

While most happy hours exclude weekends, this locally owned restaurant keeps the happiness flowing daily, with offerings (shared plates and cocktails and wines, oh my!) available from 2-6 p.m. (even on Saturday and Sunday!). So, grab a drinking buddy, head to their covered patio, and order one of their happy hour favorites like the 1/4-pound cheeseburger and fries, wedge salad, hoisin-glazed ribs, or all the above, alongside some sips.

The Brick Oven Pub

Keeping it simple and oh-so delicious, this go-to Placerville pub keeps customers coming back for their delicious American fare. And their happy hour isn’t to be forgotten either. Available Tuesday-Sunday from 3-6 p.m., you can get a dollar off pints and pitchers, along with $2 off appetizers, like their crowd-pleasing panko-crusted fried pickles with ranch.

Fat’s Asia Bistro

Available Tuesday-Sunday from 3-6 p.m., indulge in various dim sum dishes, Korean chicken wings, and panko-crusted calamari, alongside specialty cocktails (order the Lemongrass Green Tea, and thank us later)—all at pre-inflation prices.
