Services or products you offer: I specialize in studio headshots and also offer product photography and on-location work for businesses.

What you enjoy most about your profession: Most people dread getting a headshot. My favorite thing is to defy their expectations and hear them saying they had a great time.

Fun fact about your company: I legally changed my last name to “May” in 2017. It felt powerful to name my business after my new identity.

First job: A nonprofit called Friends of the Poor in Scranton, PA, when I was 15.

Favorite food: My husband Kevin’s homemade NY-style pizza. (We’re from the East Coast.)

Last big purchase: I just bought my dream car: a 2014 Mini Cooper Roadster. I can’t stop talking about it. 

When not working, you can be found: With a big smile behind the registration desk at Twin Lakes Food Bank.
