What you enjoy most about your profession: Offering a service to the community that helps benefit their body and mind.

Fun fact about your company: We’re named Spring Pilates after the springs you can find on the reformers we use in class. You can add/remove them to adjust the tension in your workout!

Customer service is: So important. I always strive to engage with clients and make sure I take their feedback seriously when making business decisions. 

You started your business, because: I wanted to sign up for Pilates classes, but there wasn't a studio nearby, so I saw a need for one in this part of town.

Most memorable experience as an entrepreneur: Watching the first Pilates class in session after months of planning and prepping to open.

First job: Decorating sugar cookies at a bakery when I was in high school.

Favorite food: Sushi. (I'm currently pregnant, though, and not allowed to have it!)

Last big purchase: Plane tickets to visit my little sister.

Favorite small business: Back to Health Chiropractic.

When not working, you can be found: Hanging out with my dogs on our property or somewhere ordering an iced matcha latte.

You love living here, because: It's beautiful, the weather is amazing, and I’m not too far from my family in Reno.
