When you become a member of Auburn’s BriarPatch Food Co-Op (briarpatch.coop), you're gaining far more than just a membership—you're acquiring part ownership in a grocery store and joining a collective effort focused on fostering positive change for both the community and the environment. Founded in 1976, BriarPatch prides itself on offering premium, healthy foods with a strong emphasis on supporting local and regional farms. While a membership is NOT required to shop there (!), joining the Co-op gives you ample, perks like owner and volunteer discounts and voting rights.
