Pacific Coast Pasta Co., owned by a local Italian family, commenced five years ago in El Dorado Hills as an Italian Mobile Eatery and Caterer offering artisan sandwiches, a variety of pasta dishes with freshly prepared sauces, and other Italian specialties. 

The Italian food truck serviced numerous wineries in El Dorado County, like in Apple Hill, and the famous Amador Wine Country. 

It’s been the company’s goal to migrate to a brick and mortar deli in order to broaden their overall business footprint. 

They are very excited to have achieved this milestone in El Dorado Hills in the Windplay Business Center. 

It will feel like eating in a romantic cafe in Venice, Italy as you enjoy delicious food carefully prepared by the “Pasta Boss” next to the beautiful and eye-catching Venetian mural as your enter the Italian eatery. 

All of our food is prepared using freshest ingredients. Also, the sauces are made from scratch with some recipes handed down from Palermo, Sicily. Buon Appetitio!
