Graduating with high honors from Le Cordon Bleu in patisserie and baking, Nikki began her career as a cast member at Walt Disney World, opening her bakery after returning to the local area. Her passion for baking along with her unique personal touches have led to her cakes and cupcakes appearing in both national blogs and local publications. When not baking, you’ll find her snuggling with her not-black-but-orange cat Gambit, reading a book, or enjoying tater tots with her bestie.
