Evan Glines

Evan Glines isn’t only tall (6’6”) but mighty, too. He recently placed fourth in the state’s 285-pound weight class at the CIF Wrestling Championships—after winning first place in the Vista del Lago Invitational, Joe Rios Memorial, and Capital Athletic League Championships. Off the mat, Glines also plays baseball, maintains an impressive GPA, holds down a part-time job, and is described as a “humble gentle giant with a calm demeanor.”

Ria Srivastava

Ria Srivastava is passionate about advocating for youth, particularly marginalized students. As a Folsom Cordova Unified School District Student Board Member, she works on projects focused on ethnic studies, student safety, and dress code. She also serves as her high school’s communication intern, advocates for youth mental health resources on the Sacramento County Youth Behavioral Health Advisory Board, and represents students on the Power of Democracy Committee, which works toward quality civic education. “I’m hoping to continue supporting marginalized groups in the future by becoming a public defender,” says Srivastava.

Keenan Davis

Keenan Davis’ goal isn’t to graduate college and get a good job (though, both are on his to-do list, too); rather, this high school senior strives to “live as a contributor rather than a spectator, understand people's stories, and fight for equal access.” Recently featured as a speaker at TEDxFolsom—where his topic was “Skin Care is Health Care, Not Just a Luxury”—he shared inequities about skin cancer prevention and related the importance of sun protection and health care justice, regardless of a person’s gender, age, race, or background. When Davis isn’t busy with his various school clubs and community service commitments (Folsom Teen Council, FCUSD Student Advisory Board, the Student Leadership Development Team at Lakeside Church, Black Student Union Ally, and Fine Arts & Media Club), he can be found baking and cooking for friends and family.
