C. Knight’s brings a classic approach to the American tradition of the “old school steakhouse” offering Prime beef, craft cocktails, and local wines.

The steakhouse holds a special place in our hearts. Charles Knight met his stepfather, a true cowboy, in a steakhouse. He later worked as a cook and bartender in that same steakhouse.  That steakhouse in Colorado became the destination for all the Knight celebrations, and the place where special family memories were made.

We hope to do the same for those who come to our restaurant. We want to provide our patrons a memorable dining experience and keep them coming back for more experiences to share with family and friends.

Our vision is to be one of the top steakhouses in Northern California and become a long-standing community presence.

Open for lunch and dinner, Ecstatic Hour Monday through Friday 3-5pm...and don't forget: we're serving all of your Ruffhaus Hot Dog Co. favorites daily for lunch.

We also offer catering through C. Knight’s Steakhouse and the Ruffhaus DOGVDUB for any special event. The DOGVDUB, a vintage Volkswagen Bus converted to a Mobile hot dog truck, is the perfect way to enhance any event and will surely impress your guests.
