Pasta Zone is everything you want in a restaurant…neatly tied up with a bow(tie). (Sorry, bad pasta joke.) It’s family-run, everything is made fresh daily, and you can build-your-own pasta dish or choose one they’ve concocted themselves. It’s easy and fun! Step one: Pick your pasta. Rigatoni, fusilli, spaghetti, fettuccine, or shells. Step two: Select a sauce. Marinara, spicy red, pesto, or alfredo. Step three: Cheese! Mozzarella, vegan, cheddar, or parmesan. Step four: Pick your protein. Bacon, chicken, meatballs, or shrimp. Step five: Throw some veggies on top. Broccoli, roasted peppers, eggplant, mushrooms, or tomatoes. From there, they put your delicious dish into the oven till it's golden brown and bubbly.

Pasta Zone is ideal for families because everyone gets exactly what they want. One of my daughters had basic buttered noodles; if she’s happy, we’re all happy. My other daughter built her own dish with rigatoni, alfredo sauce, parmesan cheese, shrimp, and mushrooms. If you’re a mac & cheese fan, you won’t know what to do. They have bacon mac & cheese, pepperoni mac & cheese, buffalo chicken mac & cheese, and one called “Fire Plate,” which has hot sauce and jalapeños. Just don’t forget the bread (they have homemade garlic knots and garlic bread) and a beverage (like the refreshingly cool “slushy of the day”)!
