Fourk Kitchen was created by Executive Chef, restaurateur and 24-year Military Veteran Paul Jansen. With three locations in Lincoln, Reno and Folsom, this unique concept was created to change the way people experience a formal four-course dining service. Where food, wine and fun provide a truly interactive culinary experience within a warm, comfortable, and casual environment. Fourk’s prix fixe monthly menus boast four courses featuring classical dishes re-imagined with a playful flair. Fourk’s menu is always $54.00 pp with one seating nightly Wednesday through Saturday. Reservations are required.
