Mom & Pop Chicken Shop in El Dorado Hills is being replaced with a new concept restaurant called Almighty Food Co. this month. The fine-casual restaurant will work with local farms to provide sustainably sourced meats and produce. The menu will include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options in the form of soups, salads, bowls, tartines, sandwiches, and sides, along with Northern California wines, local beers, sangria, and mimosas. almightyeats.com
