Karen Bowman is a 7th Degree Black Belt who has been teaching for 20 years. Karen brings increased experience and confidence to working with children of all skill levels. Focusing on improvement in strength, self-confidence, leadership and integrity, Karen is proud to have affected the lives of so many Folsom families.  Bowman Martial Arts can bring changes and personal victories by challenging the many different age groups and ability levels that walk through our door.
