Melting Grill has recently opened up in Rocklin (6700 Lonetree Boulevard, Suite 700) and offers Asian-fusion cuisine and boba drinks. Choose from kimchi fried rice, galbitang (Korean beef rib soup), yangnyum chicken (Korean deep-fried wings), and lots more.

CycleBar (cyclebar.com) offers indoor cycling rides designed for all fitness levels. Choose between Classic, Performance, Xpress, and many more themed classes at their newest location in Folsom; coming late summer to the Palladio.

Tao's Hotpot & Shabu will be opening soon at 510 Natoma Station Drive in Folsom, and will serve a combination of Chinese and Japanese cuisines that includes vegetables and thinly sliced meats like beef, pork, and lamb cooked in a boiling broth. Patrons can also expect an all-you-can-eat option.

Rakkan Ramen

 

Rakkan Ramen (rakkanramen.com) is planning to open a restaurant on East Bidwell Street, Suite 400, in Folsom this fall. The franchise specializes in ramen made with 100% plant-based broth and they offer a wide range of vegan ramens and appetizers, as well as rice bowls and sushi bites.

Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy (restore.com) is opening this summer at the Palladio in Folsom. They’ll offer a variety of wellness services including cryotherapy, compression, IV drip therapy, intramuscular shots, and mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

European Wax Center (waxcenter.com) is coming to 3951 Missouri Flat Road, Placerville. They offer waxing services for men and women as well as body and face products.

 

West Sacramento-based restaurant and bar Kick N Mule (kicknmule.com) is planning to locate to 13385 Folsom Boulevard in Folsom. Its menu features burgers, steaks, wraps, pizzas, and more, with signature dishes like fish and chips, jambalaya, chili, and wings. Its menu also features more than 25 different varieties of Moscow mule cocktails.
