Mendocino Farms (mendocinofarms.com) recently opened a location in Roseville (1210 Roseville Parkway). The restaurant features sandwiches, salads, grain bowls, and soups, and offers vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.

Fitness franchise ISI Elite Training (isielitetraining.com) is coming to Folsom (1007 East Bidwell Street, Suite 109). Boasting approximately 2,000 square feet of training space, the location will include showers, a kids lounge, laundry room, and lobby area.
