Bikram Yoga, one of the most well-known forms of yoga, has changed the lives of millions. The beginning sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is the original form of hot yoga and is a therapeutic ideal for people wanting to improve their quality of life with a beginner friendly sequence and professional guidance.
The postures we practice are beginning yoga asanas, designed to systematically warm your body and go progressively deeper into every muscle, organ, tendon, and gland.

We practice in a room heated to 105 degrees and 40% humidity. This is designed to decrease the chance of injury, increase flexibility, and improve your circulatory system. Studies confirm that Bikram yoga has been associated with decreased blood pressure, pain relief, lowered anxiety levels, and an overall better sense of wellbeing.

Ryan and Isidora, the owners of Bikram Yoga Folsom, have taught classes all over the world, improving people's lives on a global scale! Bikram Yoga Folsom is a place to learn the techniques that are proven to improve your life and you will find a judgment-free community who supports each other on the path towards a happy, healthy life.

Come to class with a mat, towel, and water. These are available at the studio, if needed. Wear clothes you are comfortable stretching (and sweating) in. Plan on arriving 20 minutes before class to sign in and set yourself up in the room. Showers and lockers are available.
