My name is Gary and everyone calls me the "Crazy Gringo". I run “The Crazy Gringo” with my wife, sons, and grandsons, we are a true family-run small business. We are located in Cameron Park where we operate our Salsa and Tamale facility. Our salsa business came by way of our Taco Wagon, where we developed the best salsa around for our daily lunch menu. Our awesome customers soon became hooked and we have been making the best fresh salsa, tamales, and meat pies ever since. Our goal is to bring you only the freshest-best for your family, from ours! Our current menu consists of four types of salsa, four types of tamales, corn-top meat pie’s, and the best cantina-style chips around. 

Our salsa has been on Good Day Sacramento a few times and we are so grateful for their friendship and support! They have become a fan of the Crazy Gringo, as well as our wonderful customers who return on a weekly basis to get that salsa fix! We are proud to say, that our Gringo and Habanero took first and second place for Best Salsa in 2011 and 2012.
