The hub of daily life, Rendezvous 645, is our Italian-style bistro that sits just inside our front entrance and is the place for residents to share a morning cappuccino and pastry, or a happy-hour glass of wine and snacks with friends and family. Like the bistro, our two dining rooms, the Natoma Café and The Cypress Room, which offer full-service dining with socially distanced seating as well as takeout, are social hubs for the community.

We’ve designed Prairie City Landing with spaces and programs that support social engagement. There’s a full slate of wellness, cultural, intellectual and spiritual activities. Residents enjoy the social side of group fitness classes and increased well-being in our well-appointed fitness center which is outfitted with equipment designed for seniors, and is overseen by our fulltime certified senior fitness professional. Other specialized facilities include a dedicated art studio, state-of-the-art theater, Club Room and salon. 

Our beautifully designed courtyard, where residents enjoy every facet of the California outdoor lifestyle, is another social hub for the community. The courtyard has numerous seating areas and features spaces for dining, gardening, and entertaining – including spaces suitable for families and friends to host private, catered gatherings.

Our luxurious and spacious apartments featuring amenities that make it easy to relax, entertain and do the activities you love in your home. Most Independent Living units include fully equipped kitchens, with solid-surface countertops, a peninsula with an eat-in counter and full-size appliances, as well as ample storage space. Living spaces are generous, with oversized windows to let in abundant daylight. Many apartments feature walk-in closets and private stacking washers and dryers. These homes are perfect for sharing, and Prairie City Landing does not charge a second person fee, saving approximately $9,000 per year.

Assisted Living Services are available in every Independent and Assisted Living apartment. These additional personal care options, delivered by our Tenfold resident services team, enable residents to stay in their own home as their needs change, participating fully as members of the community, and maintaining the independent lifestyle they love. We also do everything we can to make our Harbor Memory Care residents part of the social fabric of Prairie City Landing, including them in activities as appropriate, and providing safe and secure spaces for them to enjoy both indoor and outdoor group activities.
