Executive Chef Frederick Reyes has been creating delectable dishes using the simplest & purest ingredients for over 25 years in Northern California. He helped pioneer the opening of Centro Cocina Mexicana, and was instrumental in their longevity and success. His accomplishments include time at The Kitchen, Buckhorn Steakhouse, and Putah Creek Cafe, among many other well-known restaurants. Throughout his career, he has been featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives and Regis & Kathy Lee, as well as served prominent guests such as the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture. Chef Fred has worked closely with regional culinary staples such as Corti Bros, Paragary's, Allen Brothers, etc. His passion for food and his creativity shines through on each & every plate he prepares.
