It’s hard to believe that more people aren’t aware of Fahrenheit 250 BBQ in Roseville. They cook everything from scratch; make all their sausages, sauces, and sides in-house; and oh yes, they make some fantastic BBQ! The massive portion of delicious BBQ Nachos alone should be the talk of the Roseville BBQ scene. Is there a Roseville BBQ “scene” you ask? I can count six spots without straining my mesquite-smoked memory, so I’d say there are a lot of options. Speaking of options—once you get past the heaping pile of nachos loaded with cheese sauce, jalapeños, tomatoes, black beans, red onions, corn, sour cream, and your pick of pulled pork or chopped brisket, you can try making your way through The Trough. This BBQ behemoth comes with ribs, a ½ chicken, ¼ pound of brisket, ¼ pound of pulled pork, one sausage, and two small sides of your choice—plus white bread, house-made pickles, and onions. In other words, there’s something for every carnivore in your cave. Cornbread muffins, mac & cheese, grits, greens, beans, slaw…no less than 11 sides to choose from. Grab the kids, a few neighbors, or a local football team and drag them in (you won’t have to drag, they’ll go willingly…), because there’s too much good “Q” to go it alone!
