Know Before You Go: Prepare for a bumpy road to the trailhead and arrive early to secure a parking spot; expect to share the trail.

Why We Love It: Abundant wildlife, amazing views, and a variety of lakes are all packed into this relatively easy trail. Having the option to cool off with a quick dip makes it a solid summer option.

Trail Notes: With high summer temps and plenty of sun exposure, remember to bring plenty of water and sunscreen. Wear shoes with traction and, as always, practice Leave No Trace principles.
