Fun fact about your company: I strive to take everyday items and make a gluten-free option (i.e., cinnamon Pop-Tarts and madeleines).

First job: Burger King in high school.

Favorite food: Sushi.

Last big purchase: My home in Placerville.

When not working, you can be found: Relaxing with a glass of local wine while researching recipes.

You love living here, because: My pace of life has slowed since moving to three-and-a-half acres in the heart of El Dorado County’s wine country.
