BAD Bakers

 

Locally owned BAD Bakers (badbakers.com)—beloved for their fresh-baked donuts with eclectic toppings, “Staxx” bread, and savory treats like lumpia—is opening at 195 Placerville Road, Suite 100, in Folsom.

Enjoy freshly spun cotton candy in both traditional and gourmet flavors with fun toppings at Placerville-based Sugarhouse Cotton Candy. The owner of the mobile business is available for private parties and corporate events; she also makes party favors and does live cotton candy spinning. Carniceria Hernandez, which will offer an assortment of marinated grilled meats, grocery items, and prepared foods like burritos and tacos, is coming soon to 199 Cirby Way, Suite 1, in Roseville.

There’s a new sushi restaurant in town! BF Miyabi (bfmiyabiroseville.com) opened in Roseville (1900 Douglas Boulevard, Suite G) and offers specialty rolls, sashimi, and other sushi favorites, plus oysters, donburi, ramen, and more.
