On October 29, Downtown Roseville Partnership hosted a fun-filled car parade where costumed participants went "trick or treating" at various locations along Vernon Street from the safety of their vehicles. Local merchants and volunteers (wearing gloves and face masks) handed out wrapped or bagged candy, along with discount coupons for local businesses.
