Coyote Bar & Kitchen in Folsom is the result of my fond memories of me being a picky eating kid in Los Angeles, cooking fun and easy dishes that I liked. I affectionately recall my cousin Paul schooling me on how to make cheese quesadillas over the stove and then eventually deeming me worthy enough to graduate to the barbeque. This is where I would let my imaginations fly and create all sorts of burgers over charcoal, including my famous concoction which I called the “Sauce Burger”...

The menu has many of my personal favorites done right with exceptional ingredients. Coyote Bar & Kitchen offers a wide variety of Pizzas (you gotta try the Garden or Chipotle Chicken), Burgers (Can you say Green Chile Melt? If so, you should order it), Bourbon Habanero Wings, as well as some healthy options like our delicious BLAT Wedge or Albuquerque Salad. In honor of our great seasons here in Northern California Coyote Bar & Kitchen will be having dishes available that change seasonally, along with a few dishes that will change based upon what we fancy at the time.
