Folsom Tap House owner Stacey Conway brings 35 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Like many, she started with entry-level summer jobs, but set herself apart as a smart and driven businesswoman leading to a 1997 collaboration with Dilbert creator Scott Adams to open Stacey’s Café in Pleasanton, CA. A 2010 battle with cancer forced its closure. In 2013, she moved to EHD to begin anew. In 2015, opportunity struck when Stacey took ownership of the Folsom Tap House. Today, with husband Ron, they celebrate life through their creative staff serving innovative food and beverages to their amazing customers.
