What you enjoy most about your profession: Teaching people how to create healthy, delicious dishes using only the best ingredients is what food is about for me. Food shouldn’t be processed or pre-manufactured; we need to get back to food the way it’s supposed to be.
Fun fact about your company: Right now, I have multiple roles: CEO, executive chef, dishwasher, janitor, and head of fire brigade (hopefully the fire brigade isn’t needed though!).
First job: Round Table Pizza.
Favorite food: Mexican.
Last big purchase: My kitchen remodel.
When not working, you can be found: Not surprisingly, in the kitchen.
You love living here, because: Folsom is an incredible place to raise a family. The schools and access to nature trails, the lake, and great shopping are just some of the many reasons I love it here.
