We are also excited that our very own instructor Carrie Pereira has won an award for a Best Dance Instructor as well. At Dance Elite we are celebrating our 16th year in business and offer top notch dance classes for all ages and abilities in a positive and professional atmosphere. We are known in the dance community as the “go to” place for any dancer who wants to receive excellent training from beginner through professional ages 2.5 and up. We embrace and train recreational dancers as well as highly skilled dancers who want to pursue dance in college or a professional dance career. Many of our alumni company dancers have gone on to dance professionally for Disney, NBA and NFL teams, collegiate dance teams and dance programs, cruise ships and more. Our teachers are all experts in Hip Hop, Tumbling, Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Lyrical/Contemporary dance. Our trusted instructors and staff work hard to ensure that we are equipping our dancers with strong values and integrity along with learning proper dance technique. In February 2018 we opened our second location in Granite Bay to fulfill the demand for quality dance classes in that area. In January of 2019 we launched DEA Fitness with classes for adults in Zumba, Hip Hop, Yoga & Heels. With over 150 classes offered weekly we are sure to have a class that is perfect for you or your dancer. Dance Elite is owned and operated by Faith and Curtis Knappenberger. Faith is a graduate of CSU Sacramento with a B.S. in Kinesiology/Dance and has danced and taught professionally throughout the United States. She is also currently a coach/choreographer for the brand new Sacramento Kings 916 Hip Hop Crew and Dance Elite is an official partner studio of the Sacramento Kings.
