Golden Foothills Oral & Facial Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art facility providing dental implants and oral surgery in El Dorado Hills and Auburn.  Other services include wisdom teeth and teeth extraction, pathology, orthognathic (jaw) surgery, facial trauma surgery, TMJ surgery, obstructive sleep apnea surgery, and more.  Additionally, they provide sedation services such as nitrous oxide, oral sedation, IV conscious and general sedation, and hospital services to fit patients’ needs and concerns.  All of their services reflect a patient-first philosophy to provide a comfortable and personalized experience.

The founder, Donald Liberty, D.D.S, is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon through the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the International College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the American Dental Association. 

He received a B.B.A in economics and finance from the University of Guam before attending dental school at Indiana University where he graduated in the top of his class. Dr. Liberty completed his four-year surgical residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Indiana University Medical Center. What’s more, he’s a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, where he served in deployments and humanitarian missions in Kuwait, El Salvador, and Panama. However, Dr. Liberty engages in community services outside of his military duty, such as participation in free clinics throughout the state and international mission trips with dental volunteer groups to Mexico, Colombia, and Haiti.
