In 2003, El Dorado Community Health Center (EDCHC) opened its doors with a commitment to provide needed health services to the community. The EDCHC are a non-profit (501c3) organization providing primary health care, general dentistry, behavioral health, pharmacy services and outpatient addiction treatment. We are proud to have served El Dorado County for the past 16 years and look forward to providing our services for many years to come. Our health centers offers exemplary health care services to our community, regardless of their inability to pay. We currently provide approximately 54,000 patient visits each year and the need for affordable primary health care continues to grow.

MEDICAL

Comprehensive primary preventive health care including immunizations, minor injuries, well-child visits, acute care, chronic care management, and illness prevention.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

The Behavioral Health program is an integrated model for delivering in-house behavioral health services. 

GENERAL DENTISTRY

Family Dentistry services include dental exams, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatments, fillings, and emergency dental care.

PHARMACY

Fully functioning Pharmacy with in-house pick up or mail delivery for patients
