TASTING NOTES: Handcrafted at Wise Villa’s estate where it’s aged on the lees for five months then bottled using the traditional charmat method, this brut sparkling wine displays delicate fruit aromatics of apple, honeysuckle, citrus, and minerality with a crisp, off-dry finish and pleasant effervescence.

TASTING NOTES: This 2018 California State Fair Commercial Wine Competition winner is made using 100-percent estate-grown Pinot Noir grapes in the true champagne method: méthode champenoise.
