Introducing: Puja Khana, Pharm D with Remedy Rx

Describe your business.

Remedy Rx is an independent pharmacy that I opened in 2013.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

We sponsor local school teams and provide hard-to-find services like free delivery services. We also host educational talks, blood pressure health clinics, doTerra oil talks, and many other free events.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

They treat every patient with care and importance—not just as another number.

Where do you go when the going gets tough?

I turn to family and faith. Faith has gotten me through many tough times, and family has always provided support through the good and the bad.

What’s your biggest job perk?

The satisfaction of a new customer walking through my door and saying, “This is the cutest little pharmacy I’ve ever been in.” Those words mean so much to me, as I have worked hard to make Remedy Rx feel like home.

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

Chaat Paradise. They have the best vegetarian street food in the area.

What’s your favorite local event that you go to?

I love attending the Roseville Chamber of Commerce events. I always meet new people, and there’s great food!

And finally, customer service is…?

Knowing your patients’ names and having meaningful conversations with them.

Do you know that our editorial is not paid for, nor can it be purchased?

In fact, our Introducing and Eat & Drink section reviews are not paid advertisements. If you’d like your business profiled, please email Megan Wiskus at [email protected]. Once we determine when your business will be featured, we will contact you to schedule a time to come out and take a photograph. Thank you!
