Roseville Parks and Recreation: Celebrate the Season

Don’t miss the Turkey Trot 5K/10K on Thanksgiving morning where attendees of all ages are welcome to race, run, jog, or crawl across the finish line in Vernon Street Town Square.

From November 27-29, the city’s Downtown Holiday Celebration kicks off starting with wine and beer tastings and live music at the North Pole Tavern on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, the annual Tree Grove returns, featuring crafts, Santa visits, a holiday-themed story time, and holiday trees decorated by local businesses, organizations, and schools.

On Thursday, things move into high gear with the annual Christmas Tree Lighting. Experience an old-fashioned evening of holiday cheer while decorating cookies, visiting with Santa, creating crafts, and enjoying live music and performances. Be sure to bundle up—we hear snow is in the forecast.

On Saturday, you’re invited to enjoy pancakes with the man in red at Breakfast with Santa. Two seating options are available; reserve your spot early, as this event will sell out.

Check out the schedule for Neighborhood Santa, slated for December 4-13; route maps are available beginning November 1.
