Placerville Recreation and Parks: Fright Night

Sweet or scary, witch or fairy—strut your style and don your costume at Downtown Placerville’s annual Trick-or-Treat on Main Street celebration on October 31.

The safe, family-friendly night of fun and whimsy begins on Main Street, where stores stay open late for trick-or-treating from 4-6 p.m. and a DJ broadcasts live from the Bell Tower.

Families with kiddos ages 10 and under are invited to the children’s carnival at Town Hall from 4-6 p.m. for games, prizes, and treats.

At 5:30 p.m., gather around the Bell Tower for an all-ages costume contest hosted by the Placerville Active 20-30 Club; prizes are awarded by age group—6 and under, 7-11, 12-17, adults, and groups—and creativity counts.  Don't miss this unboolievable event!

Please note: Portions of Main Street will be closed from 3-8 p.m.
