Cameron Park Community Services District: September Sizzles

Labor Day at the Pool is on September 3 from 1-5 p.m. and features $1 admission, $1 hot dogs, and $1 drinks, plus games, prizes, and tons of fun. Make one last splash at the pool in September before it closes for the season.

Rain or shine, sell your treasures (booth spaces are $25) or hunt for new ones at the Community Yard Sale on September 15 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Cameron Park Community Center’s parking lot. 

Sign your little ones up for baby ballet, hula, taekwondo, gymnastics, or tennis lessons at Cameron Park Lake. Soccer Tots (ages 3-5) and NFL Flag Youth Football (grades 2-8) are also avaliable.

Teens and adults are invited to partake in classical guitar, ballroom dance, chair yoga, tai chi, and other classes. 

Programs for seniors include a Senior Nutrition Lunch on Monday and Friday at the Cameron Park Community Center at noon (suggested donation is $3), games on Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., bridge on Monday from 1-3 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., quilting on Wednesday from 9 a.m. to noon, and an array of  new classes.
