Shadow Glen Riding Stables is the premier trail riding, lesson, and boarding stable in the greater Sacramento area. Located on California State Park land for over 35 years, there are miles and miles of trails just waiting to be ridden! From the bluffs overlooking Lake Natoma and the American River  to the creekside trails, Shadow Glen has a horse waiting for you!

Shadow Glen offers a variety of activities including horse boarding, trail rides, private horseback riding lessons, and our famous summer camp for kids.
