Describe your business. 

My law practice focuses on construction and real estate matters. I enjoy practicing in this area because it allows me the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients: from homeowners doing their first remodel to long-established building contractors. We help our clients with all aspects of construction-related legal issues, including contracts, payment disputes, construction defects, and construction-related personal injuries. 

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

When I’m away from the office I love playing in the Barton Douglas Band—a classic rock group that performs at events to raise money for various charities. It’s a lot of fun, and some of my clients even come and watch. 

Why is your staff the best in the business?

Our staff takes the time to get to know each client’s unique individual needs and objectives. Because of that, we can provide the best experience for everyone. We’ve had a number of clients thank us for helping them sleep at night.

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

I’m a big fan of the tri-tip sandwich at Roundhouse Deli in Roseville.

And finally, customer service is…?

Customer service is carefully listening to clients and learning what’s important to them. Most people would prefer not to have to see a lawyer; I understand that and work hard to make the process as stress-free as possible for each client.
