Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

As a child, I grew up in a Disney-loving family in Southern California, and my eyes always shined the brightest as the princesses passed in the parades. In 2005, I was cast as one of my favorite characters at the Magic Kingdom. After moving to Northern California to marry my husband, we started The Fairy Godmother Events to bring the magic to children here! 

How are you involved with both the community and your customer? 

Through the magic and whimsy of these characters, our generous cast has been able to impact the lives of thousands of local families over the past eight years. We are the lucky ones—getting to love on families when they celebrate at parties, and also as they grieve and search for hope through dozens of local organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

My hubby and I married young and started our family just a year later. As a mother and wife in my early 20s—with two budding businesses we created as a family—we've always leaned heavily on each other and are best friends. Our daughters are a reflection of our love and grit as a family, and I'm so proud of the little ladies they’re becoming. 

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

My hubby makes a mean pizza at our restaurant Campelli's, and he's pretty cute, too. When I'm not having my daily slice, you can find us in the back left booth at Carmelita's; they have the best carnitas and margaritas!

As Maya Angelou said, “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."
