There are so many opportunities to get connected and involved as a resident. My first suggestion is to visit your city’s website where you’ll discover a plethora of information. I would then visit the Parks and Recreation Department to learn what activities are planned; most are in the downtown areas and include concerts, movies, festivals, etc. Finally, I would be remiss if I didn’t suggest stopping by your local chamber office to gather information on the various members and upcoming events.
