An Evening to Remember
August 5 / El Dorado County Fairgrounds, Placerville

It was “an evening to remember” at Imagination Theater’s ninth annual fund-raiser, whose proceeds will support the theater’s goal to provide live, quality entertainment to the foothills community. Fantastic food by Diane Wilkinson Catering and Capital Sierra Catering, wines courtesy of Holly’s Hill Vineyards and Sierra Vista Winery, plus a special preview from the upcoming performance of A Christmas Story: The Musical made for an amusing night.

Before I Die Wall
August 20 / Robinson’s Pharmacy, Placerville

With chalk in hand, many came out for the unveiling of Placerville’s “Before I Die Wall”—an international project that creates a space for people to come together, share their dreams, and be a part of a global art movement—where passersby can scribble one of their bucket-list items. The wall was a community-driven effort with support from Marshall Hospital Advanced Illness Management Program, Magnus Construction, Robinson’s Pharmacy, and Snowline Hospice.
