The Placerville Aquatic Center is officially open! Start your summer off with a splash and raise a water-confident kid by signing your child up for swim lessons. Classes fill fast, so sign up now.

For swimmers who have completed the Sharks Level of lessons, Placerville Recreation and Parks offers a Competitive Swim Clinic (ages 8 and up), Teen Endurance Swim (ages 11-17), Lap Swimming (ages 15 and up) and Aqua Aerobics (ages 16 and up).

If lifeguarding is in your kiddos future, the Junior Lifeguard Camp will provide a head start on training. Diehard swimmers or sun seekers can take advantage of public swim times; discounted season passes and family passes are still available.

In addition to water play, there are plenty of leisure and enrichment classes to keep you moving and your mind engaged all month long.
