Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

Sol Flow Studios is the newest yoga studio in El Dorado County. We feature FAR infrared heat to warm our space for a most intentional practice and offer several styles of yoga: vinyasa flow, yin, kundalini and holy yoga. Classes are offered seven days a week and new students can take advantage of 30 days of unlimited yoga classes for just $30. 

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

If you practice at Sol Flow then you see my face a lot! I’m at the studio nearly seven days a week—checking students in, mopping up, and even teaching a few classes. Community is the reason Sol Flow was created. We’ve held canned food drives, donated to a local PTO, and even hold a weekly donation-based class to benefit the kids of Sweet Dreams Foundation, which is a nonprofit that designs and builds dream bedrooms for kids fighting life-threatening illnesses. 

Why is your staff the best in the business?

Our teachers are the most genuinely authentic leaders this yoga community has to offer. There is love in every fiber of their being, and they walk the path they teach with only their hearts leading the way.

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

My two boys—they are my pride and joy, greatest blessings and biggest teachers.

What’s your biggest job perk?

The community! We truly have the most amazing students and teachers. It’s like watching a garden grow—we’ve built the space, planted the seeds, and have been watching things take root, growing and blooming into their full potential.
