Team Hope, Elementary Afterschool Program by Hands4Hope in El Dorado Hills

WHAT: 

Team Hope First Informational Meeting

WHEN: 

Thursday, September 17, 2015, from 3:30pm to 4:30pm.

WHERE: 

Hands4Hope Youth Center, 877 Embarcadero Dr., Suite 3, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762 (located next to the El Dorado Saloon).

WHO: 

Elementary school students, grades Kindergarten-5 th

WHY: 

The Hands4Hope School Club Program is designed to provide participating youth with rich and unique service and leadership opportunities. Team Hope is the after school program for youth in grades K-5 th . Team Hope meets once per month (every 3rd Thursday) to discuss upcoming events and volunteer opportunities. The meetings are fun and allow for members to explore ways to give back to those in need, plan group outreach projects, and volunteer in the community! Hands4Hope provides the tools and framework for youth to have tangible, real-world experiences that inspire positive differences in their community.

Hands4Hope is a non-profit, youth driven outreach and service learning organization based in El Dorado Hills. The organization’s mission is to empower youth to make a positive difference in the world around them through Exploration, Action and Leadership. Hands4Hope is comprised of youth volunteers ranging in age from kindergarten through 12 th grade.
