Enjoy a Day in the Sun with These Garden Drink Recipes

Cosmo with a Twist (The Debutante)
2 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
1 oz Deep Eddy Cranberry
.5 o PF Dry Curacao
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup (2:1)
 
Shake with ice and double strain into martini glass  garnish with two drops of rose water
 
Peachy Keen
1.5 oz Deep Eddy Tea
.25 oz Peach Schnapps
1oz Lemon juice
Spoon of peach jam/preserves
2 dashes of Peach Bitters
 
Combine all ingredients into a tin and shake to combine, and roll into mason jar. Top with splash of soda water.  Garnish with a lemon wheel
 
Ladies Who Lunch
1oz Deep Eddy Ruby Red
2 oz Sauv Blanc
.5 oz Lemon juice
.25 oz simple syrup
1 Ripe Strawberry sliced
 
Combine all ingredients in a tin and shake hard to chill/muddle the fruit.  Strain into a martini glass.  Garnish with a strawberry slice
 
Texas Sunset
1.5 oz Deep Eddy Lemon
.5 oz Canton Ginger Liq
1 oz lemon juice
.25 oz simple syrup (2:1)
Hibiscus Syrup or  season fruit syrup
Soda water
 
Combine the first 4 ingredients into Collins glass and fill glass with ice.  Stir to combine and chill.  Top with Soda water and sink syrup on side of glass to give a Sunrise feel.  Slide Lemon Wheels down inside of glass for garnish
 
Can also be made in large format for punches and service.  (Just multiply for batches)
 
Eddys Bluebonnet
2 oz Deep Eddy Lemon
10 frozen blueberries
Barspoon sugar
.75 oz lime juice
2 mint sprigs
Soda water
 
Combine the first four ingredients with 1 sprig of pulled mint leaves in a shaker tin with ice.  Shake hard to chill/break up fruit and mint.  Dump into a mason jar and top with more ice and soda water.  Garnish with two blueberries speared with the remaining mint sprig.
 
Lavender Lemon Drop
2 oz Deep Eddy Lemon
1 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
.25 oz lemon juice
3 shakes Barkeep Lavender Bitters
 
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice.  Shake and double strain into a martini glass.  Top with dried lavender buds
 
Lavender Lemon Collins
2 oz Deep Eddy Straight
1 oz Lavender simple Syrup
1 oz lemon juice
Soda top
 
Combine first three ingredients in a shaker tin and shake to combine.  Strain into an ice filled Collins glass and top with soda water and a lemon wheel
 
Cupids Cosmo
1.5 oz Deep Eddy cranberry
.5 oz Deep Eddy Lemon
.5 oz Cointreau
1 oz filtered water
.25 oz lemon juice
.25 oz turbinado syrup
 
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice.  Shake and double strain into a martini glass.  Garnish with Orange twist
 
Deep Eddy Frozen Lemonade Batch Recipe
3.5 Liters Deep Eddy Lemon
3 cups Sugar
6.5 Liters Water
1.5 Liters Lemon Juice
 
(Makes a 5 gallon batch)
 
Mardi Gras Shot (Layered)
1 oz Deep Eddy Lemon
.25 oz Raspberry liqueur or schnapps
.25 oz Midori or melon liqueur
.5 oz lemon juice

Combine the Deep Eddy Lemon and lemon juice in a tin with ice and chill to combine.  Strain into a large shot glass and sink the raspberry liq to the bottom, and float the midori on the top.
