Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

We have been building custom cars and bikes for the last 10 years under the name Daddy-O Customz, but moving to the Folsom area provided us with the opportunity to open a retail location using the Sutter Street Cruisers name.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

Our staff is the best because we know bikes. Old to new, custom to cruiser, we have built (or ridden) them all! We strive to get to know our clients and personalize the build to their personal specifications, integrating a bit of their personality into each build we complete.

Where do you go when the going gets tough?

I ride my bike! Whether it’s good times or bad, and whether I’m stressed or want to celebrate something that recently happened, there’s no greater place to be than “behind bars” enjoying the outdoors and getting a little exercise along the way.

What’s your biggest job perk?

Getting to be creative, using the “other side of the brain” and drawing out the characteristics the customer wishes to see come to life. There’s no better feeling than seeing them ride away for the first time on their newly built bicycle!

What is your opinion of Style Magazine?

We believe Style Magazine to be a staple in the community, and evaluated utilizing it for marketing services prior to being included in this segment.  We have actively used it since relocating to the area last July and find it a positive resource for the local community.

And finally, customer service is…?

It’s of utmost importance. Even if we can’t help you on your next build, we will gladly research and recommend others who may be able to assist. Cruise in, pick our brain, and let us know how we can help! We love all things bicycle and encourage you to stop in and see what we have to offer.

Do you know that our editorial is not paid for, nor can it be purchased? In fact, our Introducing and Dine reviews are not paid advertisements. If you’d like your business profiled, please email Megan Wiskus at [email protected]. Once we determine when your business will be featured, we will contact you to schedule a time to come out and take a photograph. Thank you!
