Supermarket chain 99 Ranch Market will fill the remaining space of the abandoned Ralph’s Market at The Shops at Briggs Ranch Plaza in Folsom, according to a report in the Sacramento Business Journal

The chain of 35 stores specializes in Asian food, including live seafood, noodles, instant meals and spices. Its headquarters are in Westminster, California, and its first location opened in 1984.

The Blue Ravine Road Ralph’s closed in 2006 along with 16 other locations in Northern California.

Since the closing, the location has been subdivided and was home to a Fresh & Easy Market before it closed 2013. Dollar Tree then took over that space, and 99 Ranch Market will fill the rest of the building, the Business Journal said.

The only other area 99 Ranch Market is at 4220 Florin Road in Sacramento. An opening date for the Folsom store has yet to be announced, according to the chain's Facebook page.
